At Monte Nido, I identified a gap between initial admissions calls and a prospective client’s decision to move forward. Families were leaving conversations with information but without a clear, tangible sense of what treatment would actually look like for them.

To bridge that gap, I led the creation of a personalized digital Care Plan experience: password-protected landing pages built within Salesforce Marketing Cloud that admissions specialists could generate and customize in just a few clicks after the initial call. Each page reflected the individual’s recommended level of care, location, and next steps—transforming a complex clinical conversation into a structured, visual roadmap.

By helping prospective clients and families immediately see themselves in treatment, rather than just hear about it, we reduced friction in the decision window and increased admission likelihood by 20%.
