Tropical deforestation is the second largest cause of climate change and we’re already witnessing the irreversible effects of global warming. And while many talks and documentaries have focused on the ongoing issue, we wanted to utilize the immersive nature of VR to make you contemplate the subject from a first-person perspective.
Tree is a fully immersive, room-scale exhibition transforms you into a rainforest tree. With your arms as branches and your body as the trunk, you’ll experience the tree’s growth from a seedling into its fullest form and witness its fate firsthand.
To support this experience we built a simple, but beautiful landing page to capture the names of all the participants of Tree as well as detail the project whereabouts.
